Another Ear Infection, Seriously!

That's right folks, even after tubes and adenoid removal, and being completely assured that we should be ear infection free, he got another. It isn't a bad one, he just had some drainage but we are treating it with ear drops so hopefully it will be all better by the weekend. The doctor yesterday taught me a new trick on how to keep the drops in the ear other than the easy "hold down an 18 month old for about 10 minutes" move. Simply dampen the end of a twisted up cotton ball with the medicine, apply the drops to the ear, then put the cotton ball in. Works like a champ if they don't remove the cotton from their ear, which luckily he hasn't yet.
